1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We receive the email address, message and any diagnostics or attachments you choose to send when you contact us. If you share content using Android’s share feature, the recipient and app you select receive it.
Sensitive Information. ADB output, screenshots and files can contain sensitive information from the device you control. Only share material that you are authorized to disclose.
Application Data. The app accesses device and file information needed to carry out the ADB or local shell operation you request, subject to your authorization and Android permissions.
· Connection Information. The app uses local network information, such as an address and port, to discover or connect to an authorized device. Connection information serves that operation. The app does not use it to track your physical movements.
· Mobile Device Data. Depending on the feature you use, the app can read device and system information, installed app details, shell output or files from your device or an authorized connected device. These operations take place on the participating devices. A file transfer goes to the device or destination you select.
The app may save connection settings, command history, output and files on your device. Support and technical service data are handled separately as described below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
When you use the app or visit the website, the relevant network or technical services can receive connection and device information. App diagnostics and usage events depend on the app version and the services it uses.
The information we collect includes:
· Log and Usage Data. Technical services may receive app interactions, crash reports and diagnostic events for usage measurement, troubleshooting and operation. These reports are distinct from the command output or device logs you choose to share.
· Device Data. Technical services can receive information such as IP address, app or installation identifiers, device model, OS and app version. Google Play handles payment details. An app that verifies in-app purchases or subscriptions can receive product identifiers, purchase tokens and entitlement status from Google Play.
· Location Data. A technical service may infer an approximate region from an IP address. Local ADB discovery and connection are device operations rather than GPS location tracking.
Google API
The app uses Google services for the purposes described in this notice. The Google API Services User Data Policy applies where the app receives Google user data through an API covered by that policy.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process the personal information for the following purposes listed below. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
· To provide support and purchases. We use information you send to respond to support requests. Apps that offer in-app purchases use Google Play purchase status to verify or restore access.
· To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
· To understand app usage and diagnose problems. Analytics events, crash reports and technical signals help us understand how features are used and troubleshoot faults. We use overall usage trends to guide app improvements. Where an app displays ads, advertising services support their delivery and measurement.
· To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in the EEA or UK, this section applies to you.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. We rely on performance of a contract where processing is necessary to deliver the features you request or verify paid access. Other bases include:
· Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Learn more about withdrawing your consent.
· Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information for some of the purposes described in order to:
· Analyze use of the Services where consent is not required and the relevant balancing assessment supports this purpose.
· Diagnose problems and/or prevent fraudulent activities
· Improve reliability and understand usage where our legitimate interests apply and your rights do not override them. Where consent is required for analytics or advertising, that processing relies on consent.
· Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
· Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example:
· If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way
· For investigations and fraud detection and prevention
· For business transactions provided certain conditions are met
· If it is contained in a witness statement and the collection is necessary to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim
· For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin
· If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse
· If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
· If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records
· If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced
· If the collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
· If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations
· We may disclose de-identified information for approved research or statistics projects, subject to ethics oversight and confidentiality commitments
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
Google receives data through the Firebase and Google Play services described in section 15. Where ads are served, the applicable providers described in section 14 receive information needed to serve and measure ads. If you contact us from another country, your request may be handled in China. Service providers may process information in other countries. You can contact us for details about applicable transfer safeguards.
· Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third-party websites. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
Third-party SDKs or similar technologies support technical services and analytics. The advertising services relevant to each edition are described in section 14.
To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a "sale"/"sharing" (which includes targeted advertising, as defined under the applicable laws) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out of these online tracking technologies by submitting a request as described below under section "DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?"
See sections 10 and 12 for how to exercise your choices and privacy rights.

Firebase Analytics measures app usage in versions that use it. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing. See section 10 for how to contact us about your choices.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request and follow-up, and purchase-related records as needed to verify entitlements and meet applicable accounting, tax or legal requirements. Diagnostics and analytics are retained according to the applicable service settings and the time needed for troubleshooting or usage analysis.
When we no longer need the personal information we hold for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable retention obligations. You can request deletion by emailing support@nextaix.com. You can remove local app data through Android settings and delete exported files where you saved them.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, please contact us at support@nextaix.com.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at support@nextaix.com.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Do-Not-Track (DNT) is a browser preference. We do not respond to DNT browser signals. This statement concerns DNT. See section 12 for your applicable opt-out rights.
